Training

Our training seminars offer excellence in the

  • Knowledge and professionalism of our training staff
  • Curriculum and quality of our course manuals
  • Post-training collaboration and back-up

All on-site training seminars will be customised to suit applications and user needs. We aim to ensure that all course attendees participate and advance their competence to the possible maximum.

Applications covered include:

  • Post-synthesis semi-preparative and large-scale purification
  • Compound library/High throughput Autopurification
  • Impurities and metabolite isolation
  • Natural products isolation
  • Chiral purifications
  • Macromolecule – protein, peptide and oligonucleotide purification

Chromatography techniques covered include (but not limited to) Liquid Chromatography (LC) techniques such as normal phase, reverse phase, affinity, size exclusion etc., Supercritical Fluid Chromatography (SFC), Simulated Moving Bed Chromatography (SMBC) coupled to Ultra-Violet spectrophotometer (UV), Mass Spectrometer (MS) and Evaporative Light Scattering (ELSD) detectors.

Finally – all our training seminars (on-site and off-site) are broadly classified into Basic, Intermediate and Advanced courses.

Basic Course
Overview

Focus is on basic chromatography i.e. concept, hardware such as pumps, injectors, detectors and fraction collectors etc. Also, stationary phase characteristics and how these determine purification strategies and capability.

Who should attend?

Chemists/researchers, who are new to preparative chromatography. In particular, those who carry out or experience compound purification as a lateral duty.

Key Features

  1. Insight into different chromatography approaches to compound purification
  2. Better understanding of your current purification workflow/process
  3. Understand the capabilities and limits of your current approach
